The Nordic Folkecenter for renewable energy is Thy’s version of AREA 51 without the UFOs and soldiers guarding the entrance. Yet, this area is full of mystery, strange wind mills and solar panels. Halfmoon is a 1:1 rendering of the motif from one of the solar panels that welcomes you when you arrive in the area… or actually closer to 0.5: 1 - because in reality, it is a sun that decorates the panel, and we created our half-moon in response to it.
