ESSENTIAL

Made by 100% Organic Combed Cotton. Super soft and strong! The reason we use organic cotton instead of conventional cotton is quite simple; It’s better for you and for the planet. Of course, the farming and processing require more knowledge and observation, and is far more expensive and complicated than the production of conventional cotton. However, opposite conventional cotton that uses roughly 7% of the world’s pesticides and 16% of the world’s insecticides, organic cotton uses none!

FYR ANNO 1888

This design is inspired by an illustration of the Hanstholm Lighthouse, part of an article issued by the English magazine The Engineer, called “The electric lighthouse at the Scandinavian exhibition, Copenhagen”. It describes the strongest electric lighthouse in all of Europe at the time: bright like 2 million candles lit at the same time. A unit of measure most people could relate to back in November 1888.
